Convert your Form Entries into Contacts directly in RevampCRM

RevampCRM saves you hours of data entry through our powerful integration with JotForm. Your Form Entries will be converted into Contacts (Using name, phone and email). Contacts will be tagged by the Form Provider "JotForm" and Form name.

A super easy way to import your existing JotForm Contacts to your RevampCRM Contacts.

In your Dashboard, Go to> Customers> click on>Add>then>Import contacts and finally click on JotForm icon .

Navigate to Integration icon, a page with all your Integration List will appear. click on JotForm icon.

A pop-up will appear, at the bottom you will find a WebHook key, Click on Copy URL to clipboard.

1. Login to your JotForm account and go to edit mode of your form.

2. Click Setup & Embed.

3. Click Integrations.

4. Go to Other tab and select WebHooks.

5. Add your Webhook URL.
