Convert your Form Entries into Contacts directly in RevampCRM.
In your Dashboard, Go to> Customers> click on>Add>then>Import contacts and finally click on SurveyMonkey icon.

Navigate to Integration icon, a page with all your Integration List will appear. click on SurveyMonkey icon.
You'll be prompted to grant RevampCRM access to your SurveyMonkey account. Click Authorize to proceed.
