These are the definitions for our ready made segment in which you can use in your marketing efforts.

New Customers Signed up and Ordered in the past 7 days
Repeated Customers Ordered 2 to 4 times in the past 6 months
Ordered Recently Ordered in the past 30 days
Didn't Order Recently Didn't Order in the past 30 days
Due for ReOrder Next order due in the coming 14 days
Never Ordered Signed up and never Ordered
At Risk Ordered more than 2 times, 6 to 12 months ago
Out of touch Wasn't contacted in the past 30 days, call or email
Active deals Has an active deal
Loyal Ordered 5 times or more in the past 6 months
Slipping Ordered once 3 to 6 months ago, offer a discount
Lost Ordered once 6 to 12 months ago, offer a discount
Top Spenders Spent more than $500
