These are the definitions for our ready made segment in which you can use in your marketing efforts.

New Customers | Signed up and Ordered in the past 7 days |
Repeated Customers | Ordered 2 to 4 times in the past 6 months |
Ordered Recently | Ordered in the past 30 days |
Didn't Order Recently | Didn't Order in the past 30 days |
Due for ReOrder | Next order due in the coming 14 days |
Never Ordered | Signed up and never Ordered |
At Risk | Ordered more than 2 times, 6 to 12 months ago |
Out of touch | Wasn't contacted in the past 30 days, call or email |
Active deals | Has an active deal |
Loyal | Ordered 5 times or more in the past 6 months |
Slipping | Ordered once 3 to 6 months ago, offer a discount |
Lost | Ordered once 6 to 12 months ago, offer a discount |
Top Spenders | Spent more than $500 |
