Troubleshooting Sync with WooCommerce

Please ask your developer if the cron is setup on the system via crontab or not, The plugin does rely on having a running wp_cron system. If you do have it running , please try the steps below to retry the sync.

One more trial would be to:

1. Install the WP Control plugin :

2. Go to the CLI, run "wp queue listen"

3. In Word Press admin, please go to "Tools" >"Cron Events"

4. Search for revampcrm_sync_task_hook cron event installed by the plugin

5. Go to the right side of the same row and click on "Run Now"

6. Please go back to the CLI and check what gets listed in there.
